Sergiu Negreanu, Mihai Dudoiu and Razvan Furdui serve as Principal Contact Partners. Sergiu Negreanu and Mihai Dudoiu, co-founders of the firm, are highly respected practitioners in the Romanian legal market. Sergiu specialises in finance law, with particular expertise in digital banking, fintech and payment services. He holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London and has been recognised as a Rising Star by IFLR1000 and a Key Lawyer by Legal 500.
Mihai Dudoiu is a leading practitioner in banking and finance, with over 25 years of experience advising international and local financial institutions. Razvan Furdui is a Partner with more than a decade of experience in litigation, IT&C, pharmaceuticals and employment law. He has held senior in-house legal roles and combines regulatory knowledge with a practical understanding of business operations.

We are also pleased to welcome Denis McSweeney Solicitors LLP, a well-established Dublin law firm founded in 1980 by its Principal, Denis McSweeney B.C.L.
The firm has built a strong reputation for providing comprehensive legal advice to both private and commercial clients across a wide range of practice areas, including company law, conveyancing, probate, litigation, family law and employment law. Each department is led by a
senior lawyer, ensuring specialised expertise while maintaining a collaborative approach across the firm.

Principal Contact Partners include Sinead O’Boyle and Eimear Grealy. Sinead O’Boyle is a Senior Associate in the litigation department.
