Managing Partner- Jose Manuel Guerra Caballero
José Manuel leads the firm’s Labor Law Department and co-founded Estudio VEGA & Abogados in 2018. With nearly 20 years of experience, he advises clients on labor, social security, occupational safety, and immigration matters. A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, he is recognized for his strategic and client-focused counsel across diverse industries.
Founding Partner- Fernando Valdivieso Mejía
Fernando leads the Corporate – Real Estate Department and co-leads Dispute Resolution. With over 30 years of legal experience, including eight years as a partner at Hernández & Cía., he has advised major investment projects for companies such as Credicorp, P&G, América TV, and Zegel-IPAE. He holds postgraduate studies in Finance and Business Law and is known for his expertise in high-value corporate advisory.
