Spanish member firm THOMAS DE CARRANZA Abogados has welcomed Clara Fiazo, from Argentinian member firm BARREIRO, OLIVA, DE LUCA, JACA, NICASTRO, as part of The Law Firm Network Young Lawyers Secondment Program that promotes the exchange of young lawyers between member firms.
The initiative aims to encourage young member lawyers to develop their professional and personal skills while working in a new cultural environment as well as to enhance cooperation between member firms, create employee loyalty, expand cultural and business understanding and generate new business opportunities among members.
