We are proud to announce that Samira Minogini, from the Italian member firm Cocuzza, has won the IV LFN Young Lawyers Award with her outstanding paper, Climate Change Litigation and State Responsibility.
Samira specializes in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on shopping center contracts and the management of organizational and operational aspects. She provides legal advice and assistance in
Italian, English, and Spanish, demonstrating her international expertise and commitment to legal excellence.
She holds a J.D. from Università Bocconi (2021) and participated in an exchange program at Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona (2019).
As part of this prestigious recognition, Samira will present her award-winning paper at the LFN Annual Conference 2025, taking place in May in the Dominican Republic.
