He is specialised in Business Law, an experienced litigator on corporate litigation and insolvency matters. He provides assistance to businesses and prominent (health care) institutions on various issues and procedures. On a regular basis Stephan represents shareholders, supervisory boards and management boards in conflicts on corporate issues. Stephan takes a special interest in Insolvency Law. He is regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcies in the Amsterdam region. Stephan also advises on insolvencies, restructurings, banking collateral (pledge and mortgage rights) and execution law.

EMEA Regional Conference in Madrid served to gather 16 countries from the EMEA region. Delegates had the opportunity to debate on energy transition and current investment trends in the U.S. and the U.K.; investment opportunities in Spain, a gateway to Europe for Latin America investor, and learn from top investment bankers on the current economic situation and risk assessment in the region.
