Alessandro Barzaghi - Cocuzza (Italy)
Alessandro joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2008. He was managing partner from 2021 to 2023 and jointly with Giulia Comparini from 2014 to 2017.
Alessandro advises companies in the fashion, retail, and food service industries on corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
He also offers specific support for foreign clients looking to expand in Italy, assisting them with Italian legal vehicles, structuring business networks, drafting contracts for corporate transactions, and offering advice on certain compliance matters.
For Italian clients, Alessandro handles various matters in domestic and international commercial law, as well as the structure of foreign distributions.
With regard to the real estate sector, he assists real estate owners with development operations and provides support in managing and leasing real estate.
Alessandro is a speaker at meetings on topics related to real estate law.
He has been recognized as a “leading individual” in the Real Estate sector by the Who’s Who Legal publication.
He edited and co-authored “Professione: Avvocato”, published by Giuffrè on the legal profession.

Janneke Sinnige - Wieringa Advocaten
Janneke Sinnige works in the areas of administrative and civil law and is particularly interested in real estate in the broadest sense. She advises and litigates particularly on the use and management of real estate, Administrative Zoning and Environmental Law. Janneke acts on behalf of companies and (semi-)governmental authorities as well as individuals.
Education: University of Amsterdam. Also MSc Urban and Regional Planning.
Practising since 2012, Amsterdam.
Other Professional Activities: Member of the supervisory board of the housing association Langedijk
Member of the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers.
