Fundamentals S.A. – Luxembourg
Fundamentals is an independent, owner-operated Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) based in Luxembourg. Founded in 2016, the firm has evolved from a fiduciary business into a fully fledged provider of fund administration, corporate services, capital-markets support, and regulatory and compliance solutions. Fundamentals serves institutional investors, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices, and has expanded its international footprint with offices in Milan, Miami and Dubai. The firm operates under the values Think Bold, Act Trustworthy, Grow Together, reflecting its commitment to transparency, efficiency, and long-term partnership.
The principal contact partners for The Law Firm Network are Luca Gallinelli, Founder and CEO, and Auriane Cinar, Head of Sales & Business Development. Luca brings extensive leadership experience in corporate administration and investment management, having previously held senior positions at IQ-EQ and Intesa SanPaolo Bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Florence, guiding the firm with strategic insight and a global vision. Auriane brings significant experience from Aztec Group and KPMG Luxembourg, and holds a master’s degree in international law and taxation. She specializes in structuring investment solutions and supporting institutional and private clients across multiple jurisdictions. Together, Luca and Auriane will strengthen LFN’s European financial-services capabilities and contribute to cross-border collaboration throughout the network.
ANQ & Co – Oman
Founded in 2021, Al Badri & Naif Al Qari and Co (ANQ & Co) has quickly emerged as one of Oman’s leading law firms. The firm advises on litigation, employment and administrative law, arbitration, commercial disputes, and cross-border corporate matters, supporting both government institutions and private-sector clients. Despite its young establishment, the firm’s lawyers bring deep experience from high-profile roles in Oman and internationally, which has allowed ANQ to rapidly build a strong reputation for excellence and strategic legal insight.
The principal contact partners to the Network are Naif Khalid Humaid Al Qari, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, and Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Amri, Executive Director. Naif is a Senior Advocate before Oman’s Supreme Court with over two decades of legal experience. He is widely recognized as one of the leading experts in employment law in Oman and contributed to the drafting of the country’s labour legislation. He frequently speaks at public and private forums and advises major national institutions. Abdulaziz is a distinguished Omani lawyer with extensive experience in commercial law, arbitration, and legal management, including serving as Chief Legal Officer at a major Gulf airline. He plays a central role in ANQ’s international development and strategic partnerships, positioning the firm as a key legal player within the region.
