We are excited to announce that Alessandro Cappai, Senior Associate from Italian member firm COCUZZA, will be spending three weeks at UK member firm, Blandy & Blandy Solicitors, starting from January 27th, 2025. This secondment is part of our initiative, designed to foster knowledge exchange and strengthen relationships between member firms across borders.
During his time at Blandy & Blandy, Alessandro will gain exposure to both the commercial property and commercial teams.
A bit about Alessandro:
Since joining Cocuzza in 2017, Alessandro has built a robust practice in real estate law, where he provides legal assistance to developers, investors, and property owners across all stages of development. From due diligence to drafting sales agreements, he has been instrumental in helping clients navigate complex real estate matters. Additionally, he supports leading real estate operators in managing and leasing properties.
Alessandro’s practice also extends to corporate and commercial law, where he works closely with clients in the fashion, retail, and food service industries. His particular expertise lies in franchise agreements and the intersection of real estate law with commercial operations.
Beyond his focus on national matters, Alessandro also has extensive experience in handling international commercial law, assisting both Italian and foreign clients with a variety of cross-border legal issues.
This secondment is a great opportunity for Alessandro to broaden his international exposure, while also bringing valuable insights to the team at Blandy & Blandy.
