He is specialised in Business Law, an experienced litigator on corporate litigation and insolvency matters. He provides assistance to businesses and prominent (health care) institutions on various issues and procedures. On a regular basis Stephan represents shareholders, supervisory boards and management boards in conflicts on corporate issues. Stephan takes a special interest in Insolvency Law. He is regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcies in the Amsterdam region. Stephan also advises on insolvencies, restructurings, banking collateral (pledge and mortgage rights) and execution law.

Liselot Bosman maintains a general business practice. She advises and litigates in the area of corporate law, liability law and commercial contracts. Liselot also advises on attachments and commercial transactions.
Education: VU University Amsterdam. Practising since 2015.
