Vedriš & Partners Law Firm was established in 1997. In over than 15 years of providing legal services, the company has built a recognizable approach based on high professional and ethical principles, and an individualized approach tailored for each client.
The Firm provides legal services in all areas of civil law, with a special emphasis on commercial law and companies’ law. Our clients are mostly companies we often support from the time of their incorporation through all phases of their operations, regardless of the fact if their need for support arises from everyday business operation, or a matter in question represents a complex transaction. The Firm may offer a full range of legal services including addressing all contractual and status law matters, recovery of debt, labour regulation and related fields, as well as representation before competent courts and other.
Vlatka is the founding partner of the Law Firm. She established her independent law practice in 1992, and founded the firm in 1997. In her work Vlatka is primarily focused on commercial and companies’ law, specialised in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of companies, as well as providing full legal services in project development. Vlatka’s professional experience includes participation in numerous conferences, especially in the field of international commercial law and arbitration. In 2003 Vlatka received her arbitrator status with the Vienna Arbitration Centre. Vlatka is a permanent court interpreter for English and German language.
