Siddhartha George has been with Poovayya & Co. for well over a decade
and heads its Corporate and M&A practice. He has vast experience in M&A
and investment transactions in multiple sectors including media,
technology, healthcare, hospitality and aerospace, with combined deal
values exceeding 1 billion USD. He advises clients ranging from Fortune
500 companies, domestic and global multinationals and domestic
conglomerates to family offices and high net-worth individuals on the
entire gamut of commercial laws in India. He has advised clients in
multiple sectors on commercial real estate, built-to-suit and campus
transactions involving in excess of 10 million square feet of built up
area, and in excess of 1,000 acres of land. He has advised on greenfield
and brownfield infrastructure projects including investment areas,
airports, seaports and public infrastructure. He advises some of the
world’s leading technology companies on technology laws, privacy and
