Founded in 1994, Niedermann Rechtsanwälte is a recognized dispute resolution firm specializing in commercial litigation. An experienced team of litigators represents the interests of corporate and individual clients before state courts and arbitration tribunals. The firm also represents clients in asset recovery, white collar matters, mutual legal assistance proceedings and investigations. In addition to its core practice, Niedermann Rechtsanwälte also advises clients on corporate and contract law matters.

Tobias represents national and international clients in matters of commercial and civil law before national courts and arbitral tribunals, in particular in the fields of banking and financial markets law.
After completion of his studies at the University of Zurich, Tobias worked as a junior associate with a major law firm in Zurich and clerked at the High Court of the Canton of Argovia. In addition, he holds a PhD from the University of Zurich as well as a finance degree from the University of St. Gallen. Tobias has been with Niedermann Rechtsanwälte since 2019 and became partner in 2024
Tobias’ clients include financial services firms such as asset managers and insurance companies, as well as high net worth individuals and pro bono organizations.
