Jorge is a founding partner of Motta, Yaafar & Diaz and a distinguished legal professional with extensive expertise in corporate law and private client work. Graduating cum laude from Universidad Catolica Santa María La Antigua in Panama City, Panama, and later pursuing his LL.M in Kings College London.
With a primary focus on corporate law, estate planning, and the organization and management of family offices, Jorge has built a reputation for providing tailored legal solutions that address the unique needs of individuals and businesses alike. Before establishing Motta, Yaafar & Diaz, Jorge gained invaluable experience working with one of the top law firms in Panama, further honing their expertise in complex legal matters.
