In 2020 Remo Mairhofer founded Mairhofer Advokatur. The law firm is specialized in corporate and commercial law and advises clients not only in matters like formation, migration or restructuring of legal entities but also in intellectual property, data protection and contract law.
Further, Mairhofer Advokatur advises national and international clients on how to structure and protect their wealth which includes foundation and trust law. Insurance and digital business are other key pillars of the law firm. In this regard, clients also get support in regulatory aspects of the Liechtenstein financial market. The law firm works close in cooperation with experts in fields such as audit, tax and compliance.

Remo Mairhofer studied law as well as banking and finance and works in Liechtenstein as an attorney at law for many years. Prior to Mairhofer Advokatur, he worked as a senior legal counsel and compliance officer at a fiduciary service provider in Liechtenstein for many years. He also gained experience by working at Liechtenstein and foreign Law Firms, the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority and a Liechtenstein Bank.
