Oskar has many years of experience from the transaction market and the private and public capital market. He primarily assists entrepreneur-led companies and their investors in matters concerning acquisitions, financing and corporate governance. Oskar is an esteemed advisor to the star entrepreneurs of the future and is appreciated for his understanding of entrepreneurs’ needs and prerequisites. Before joining Magnusson, Oskar was a partner at Gro Advokatbyrå, having previously worked at Advokatfirman Vinge and Synch Advokat.
Oskar is a lawyer and has a law degree from Uppsala University and a BA in communication science.
