Practicing in Space Law, Media & Privacy Dr. Bahieldin Elibrachy started his professional career at I&D in 1985. Educated at Cairo University Law School (Bachelor of Law, 1977), M.C.L., Georgetown University Law Center, 1982 and J.D., Georgetown University Law Center, 1985. Formerly: First Lieutenant, Artillery Corps Headquarters, Legal Advisor to the Director.
