Elisabeth S. Wyrembek is a Partner at the firm, admitted in Germany since 2016.

She specializes in EU and international competition law, merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI). She represents companies in national and multinational antitrust proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, as well as in cartel litigation before German courts and the European Court of Justice. Elisabeth S. Wyrembek advises companies on merger control and FDI proceedings in Germany, the European Union and abroad. She has developed extensive expertise in international transactional matters, having coordinated more than 100 multinational merger control filings across the globe, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia, Africa, and the US. She also regularly assists clients in abuse of dominance, cartel, and competition compliance matters.

Elisabeth S. Wyrembek studied law at the University of Tübingen and at Queen Mary University of London (LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution). She is a member of the Antitrust Lawyers Association (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht), of DIS40, ICC YAF, Young ICCA and of the Moot Alumni Association, and co-chair of the Young Executive Network of the British Chamber of Commerce in Baden-Württemberg (Young BCCG). In addition to her native languages of German and Polish, she also speaks English and French.
