Hayden advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His principal focus is on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings, investment structuring and corporate advisory. He also has expertise drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply, distribution and licensing arrangements.

Hayden’s experience covers a number of industry sectors, including recently advising clients in the heavy industry, hospitality & leisure, technology, transportation and retail sectors.

Hayden has an inte rnational outlook, having acted for numerous offshore companies acquiring businesses and operating in New Zealand, including advising on New Zealand’s overseas investment regime. He has also advised on numerous cross-border transactions, including during an extended period earlier in his career when he lived in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
