Mark Dorff

Mark Dorff is the managing director of the Firm’s Corporate & Capital Markets Department and is actively involved in the Firm’s Corporate, Technology, Life Sciences and Brand & Reputation Management practice and industry groups.

Mark represents entrepreneurs, private and public companies, sports and entertainment clients, and a broad range of investors, including family offices and private equity investors, in complex cross-border transactions around the world.

Mark is chairman emeritus of the Law Firm Network, an elite association of independent law firms from over 50 countries around the world. The Network forms a key part of Brown Rudnick’s extended global network.

Mark is ranked in Chambers for Private Equity: Venture Capital Investment and is a “Leading Individual” in The Legal 500 for Venture Capital and M&A: Smaller Deals, £10M-£100M. Sage Revell is a partner in the Firm’s International Corporate Practice Group and a member of the Firm’s Global Life Sciences Practice Group. She advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and corporate re-organizations. Sage represents companies from the start-up phase, early-stage and emerging-growth companies all the way through to exit, in addition to the investors who support them. Sage works closely with Brown Rudnick’s U.S. offices as corporate counsel on transactions involving U.K. concerns.
