Nick Burrows

CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL TEAM, CHAIRMAN & PARTNER

Nick is the firm’s chairman and a partner in our Corporate & Commercial team and responsible for managing Blandy & Blandy LLP’s relationships with other member firms in the Law Firm Network.

Alongside advising businesses, he specialises in acting for charities, educational institutions and third sector organisations.

Nick advises on formation, constitutional matters, incorporation, and trustees’ duties, joint ventures, collaborations, consortia and mergers, contractual negotiations with funders and others, public procurement and fundraising and broader commercial matters including contracts, data protection and intellectual property.

Nick continues to speak at and attend Law Firm Network conferences internationally and chaired a panel featuring speakers from United Overseas Bank, KPMG, Clearswift, Cushman & Wakefield and the University of Reading at the Network’s 2016 EMEA conference, hosted in the UK by Blandy & Blandy LLP.
