Al Badri & Naif Al -Qari and Co (‘ANQ & Co’) entered Oman’s legal domain in 2021,and since its inception, has been ably steered by its Founding Partners, Naif Al Qari and Nasser Al Badri, who have diligently navigated the considerable challenges of methodically crafting, ‘fine-tuning’ and sustaining the highest possible standards of professional excellence.
Having initially made significant strides as protagonists in their respective specialist fields of Employment and Administrative Law, the Partners’ ‘stubborn’ perseverance has culminated in making meaningful inroads into Oman’s robust legal landscape – an initiative which has earned ANQ & Co an unshakeable reputation as an undisputably reliable provider of legal services which has paved the way for the firm’s dynamic engagement in the domain of domestic and cross-border investment, commercial and corporate activity.
The firm’s portfolio embraces a broad spectrum of contentious work, ably undertaken by a highly skilled team of litigation lawyers whose advocacy skills are crucial to navigating complex matters in conventional court hearings and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. The firm’s legal consultants are dedicated to engaging in non-contentious transactional work which encompasses diverse legal disciplines. ANQ has been admitted as the duly designated member of the International Franchise Lawyers Association (‘IFLA’) for Oman.
Despite the seemingly ‘youthful’ appearance of ANQ, the collective experience of its dedicated lawyers surpasses the relatively short duration of the firm’s operational existence. In essence, and prior to their tenure at ANQ, key members of the legal team have not only established immensely successful domestic careers in their own right but have diligently carved a steadfast reputation for exceptional legal competence in key international jurisdictions.
