The Law Firm Network’s Next Gen Engagement Programme continues to provide emerging professionals from member firms with valuable opportunities to build international connections, broaden their perspectives and engage with colleagues from across the global network.

At the Annual Conference 2026 in Hangzhou, China, Guily Shemer of Santoni Parsons, Dominican Republic, participated in this year’s programme and shared her reflections on the experience in a video recorded during the event.

Designed to support the development of future leaders within the network, the Next Gen Engagement Programme brings together talented young professionals from different jurisdictions, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, build relationships and gain insights into the international legal community.

In the video, Guily discusses her experience at the conference and the value of connecting with fellow participants and LFN members from around the world. Her reflections highlight the importance of creating spaces where emerging professionals can engage with peers, develop their networks and gain exposure to different perspectives and approaches.

As the LFN continues to invest in the next generation of talent across its member firms, programmes such as this play an important role in strengthening relationships throughout the network and supporting the professional growth of future leaders.

We thank Guily for sharing her experience and for contributing to the continued success of the Next Gen Engagement Programme.
